About these terms
counsel-law.com is run by Whole Bunch Advisory Ltd, trading as Counsel, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13128303). These terms apply whenever you use this site. By using it, you accept them; if you don’t, please don’t use the site.
What this site is
Counsel is preparing to launch. For now, this site introduces Counsel and lets you join a list to hear when it opens. Nothing here is an offer of services, and joining the list doesn’t commit you, or us, to anything.
Not legal advice
Nothing on this site is legal advice, and you shouldn’t rely on it as such. Using the site, joining the list or writing to us doesn’t make you our client; that only happens when we both agree terms in writing.
Counsel is not a firm of solicitors and is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Please don’t send us confidential information or the details of a legal matter through this site.
Using the site
Please use the site lawfully. Don’t try to gain unauthorised access to it, disrupt or overload it, copy it in bulk by automated means, or introduce anything harmful. Only join the list with your own details.
Our content
The Counsel name, logo, words, drawings and design on this site belong to us or to the people who license them to us. You’re welcome to link to the site and share it, but please don’t copy or reuse our content without asking.
Links to other sites
Where we link to other sites, such as LinkedIn, we do so for convenience. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or how they use your data.
Our responsibility
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, and we can’t promise it will always be up, uninterrupted or free from errors. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on anything on it.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can’t be limited under the law of England and Wales, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and nothing affects your statutory rights.
Privacy and cookies
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy notice, and what the site stores on your device is set out in our Cookie policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version and date at the top show which terms apply. This is version 0.3, which took effect on 28 October 2026.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
